Organic Boutique Homes Inc. (“we,” “us”) is a licensed design-build contractor based in Atascadero, California (CSLB #1108478). This policy explains what information we collect through organicboutiquehomes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to talk with you about your project, and we never sell your information.
Information we collect
What you share with us. When you fill out our inquiry form, or email, call or text us, you may give us your name, email, phone number, project address or general location, project details (scope, timeline, budget range), and any photos, plans or documents you choose to send.
What referral partners share. If an architect, designer, realtor or other professional introduces you to us, they may pass along your contact details and project basics.
What’s collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and your approximate location (city or region). We use it to run and protect the site and to see basic, combined visitor statistics.
How we use your information
To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations and site visits
To prepare estimates, proposals and contracts, and to manage your project if we work together
To send project-related messages (we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them)
To understand how visitors use our site and to improve it
To protect the site from spam and misuse
To meet our legal, licensing, insurance and record-keeping obligations
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t rent or trade it. We share it only:
With service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting (Framer), email and file storage (Google Workspace), and our scheduling, estimating and accounting tools. They may use it only to provide services to us.
With your project team, with your knowledge. This can include architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors and permitting agencies who need it to deliver your project.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, our team or others.
If our business is sold or merged, as part of that transfer.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses only the cookies it needs to work, plus privacy-friendly analytics that report combined visitor numbers. We do not let advertising networks track your activity across other websites through our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard yet for how websites should respond to it, so our site does not change its behavior when it receives one.
Text messages
If you text us or agree to receive texts (such as appointment reminders or project updates), standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party for their marketing.
How long we keep it
If an inquiry doesn’t become a project, we keep it for up to two years and then delete it. Client project records are kept as long as warranty, insurance, tax and legal obligations require. For construction records, that can be ten years or more.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure. Please don’t send sensitive details, such as bank account or Social Security numbers, through our website form.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
Tell you what personal information we have about you
Correct it
Delete it (except records we’re legally required to keep)
Stop contacting you
Just email or call us. We’ll respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. We don’t share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Children
Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we’ll also post a notice on our website.
